Education in the Age of AI: Keeping Humanity at the Heart of the Classroom
Artificial intelligence is transforming our relationship with knowledge. With just a few clicks, homework can now be completed by generative AI tools. Efficiency is taking precedence over effort, at the risk of weakening essential human skills such as memory, critical thinking, and the ability to question. Yet learning is not about producing quick results — it’s about building independent thought. In this context, teachers face a dual challenge: preserving the cognitive and ethical foundations of learning, while preparing students for the professions and challenges of tomorrow.

S.P.A.R.K. (SAP Process Augmented Response Knowledge) is an artificial intelligence project designed to accelerate the resolution of customer technical requests within the SAP environment. Utilizing a retrieval-augmented generation architecture, it analyzes previous technical dialogues (support tickets) to quickly identify proven solutions to similar issues. The system efficiently processes technical conversational data to extract relevant knowledge and generate precise responses tailored to the specific context of each request. S.P.A.R.K. represents a significant advancement in technical support, enabling consultants to instantly access a vast repository of validated solutions while considerably reducing resolution times.
